Executive Team CEO - Ailsa Paterson. Responsible to the Board for the overall management, policy and strategic development of the Organisation.

Manager - Ivan. Responsible for management and operations of both sites.  Assists CEO with policy and strategic development.

Admin Officer Finance - Carol. Responsible for accounts and payroll administration for the whole of the organisation, and provides IT support to staff.

Admin Officer Quality - Amanda.  PA to the Management Team, maintains the Quality Manual, the Web Sites and the JA Intranet, designs and assists with marketing material, collates statistics and provides IT support to staff.

Job Placement and Support staff – we currently employ 5 staff to deliver employment and support services to our clients.  All of our staff have extensive experience working with unemployed people and people experiencing poverty and/or disadvantage and understanding of the needs of employers.

Counselling staff – we currently employ a qualified counsellor to deliver our Community Key Low Cost Counselling Service.

Casual training staff – are employed as required
