General Manager - Ivan - Responsible to the Board for the overall management, policy and strategic development of the Organisation.
Business & Enterprise Development Manager - Joel - Assists GM with strategic development and business opportunities.
Admin Officer Finance - Carol. Responsible for accounts and payroll administration for the whole of the organisation, and provides IT support to staff.
Admin Officer Quality - Amanda. PA to the Management Team, maintains the Quality Manual, the Web Sites and the JA Intranet, designs and assists with marketing material, collates statistics and provides IT support to staff.
Job Placement and Support staff – we currently employ 5 staff to deliver employment and support services to our clients. All of our staff have extensive experience working with unemployed people and people experiencing poverty and/or disadvantage and understanding of the needs of employers.
Casual training staff – are employed as required
