Incentives to Business

At Jobs Australia Midland we are able to offer you a range of incentives that may encourage or assist you to offer a job to one of our clients. These may include:

Wage subsidies can be negotiated dependant upon the gross wages payable and jobseeker eligibility.
Additional wage subsidies over a six month period are available if you employ an Indigenous person.
An additional subsidy may be payable if you employ a person in a traineeship or new apprenticeship.
Additional incentives, including assistance with workplace modifications, if you employ a person with a significant disability.
Ongoing support and assistance according to your needs or the needs of your employee:

Advice on terms and conditions of employment
Advice on obtaining additional training for your employee
Provision of work boots, tools, clothing if required
Performance counselling on your behalf if required
General problem solving
Assistance with any related paperwork
