• Wage subsidies can be negotiated dependant upon the gross wages payable and jobseeker eligibility.

• Additional wage subsidies over a six month period are available if you employ an Indigenous person.

• An additional subsidy may be payable if you employ a person in a traineeship or new apprenticeship.

• Additional incentives, including assistance with workplace modifications, if you employ a person with a significant disability.

• Ongoing support and assistance according to your needs or the needs of your employee:

  • Advice on terms and conditions of employment

  • Advice on obtaining additional training for your employee

  • Provision of work boots, tools, clothing if required

  • Performance counselling on your behalf if required

  • General problem solving

  • Assistance with any related paperwork
