• Advertising: we have a database of local jobseekers, or we can advertise your vacancy nationally via the Internet - without identifying your company. We process all enquiries.

• Screening of applicants: We screen applicants prior to referral and only refer jobseekers who possess the skills, experience and personal qualities you have requested.

• Reference checks: We check applicants' work references prior to referral

• The right person for the job: If we cannot identify suitable applicants, we will let you know promptly and discuss alternative options.

• We meet your needs: When you lodge a vacancy with us, we will treat you in a professional manner, and address your needs quickly and efficiently.  We will agree to your preferred timeframes, how many applicants you wish to see, and when you want to interview them. We will fax or email resumes and supporting documents if required and return your telephone enquiries as soon as possible, but always within 3 hours.  If you wish, we can also advise unsuccessful applicants on your behalf.
