Open Access
As a not for profit Job Services Australia provider we offer extra services to help you find work as quickly as possible. We recommend that you use our Open Access room as often as you can to increase your chances of finding a job quickly.
Anyone who is looking for work and is not registered with another JSA provider is welcome to register with us and use Open Access. You do not have to be registered with Centrelink, although we recommend everyone looking for work should contact Centrelink to see what assistance may be available.

Open Access includes

Access to phones, fax and Internet for job search purposes

Access to computers and printers for job applications and resumés, or to build your keyboard speed

Access to booklets, guides and videos to assist you find and apply for work

Information on and referral to a variety of community services, education and training opportunities

Advice and assistance on compiling your resumé and help with application letters or selection criteria
